Builder gel is a strengthening gel overlay designed to reinforce the natural nail while encouraging healthy growth. This treatment adds durability and structure, helping reduce breakage while maintaining a natural, polished look. Infills recommended after 3 weeks. Please send photos of nail art inspiration before your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment scheduling - All treatments must be booked in advance via our online booking system or by contacting the salon directly via Instagram, text, WhatsApp or Facebook - Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full duration of your appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling - We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment - Cancellations or changes made within the required notice period may result in a late-cancellation fee - No-show appointments will be charged up to the full cost of the treatment booked Late arrivals - If you are late, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule your appointment - If rescheduling is required due to lateness, a fee may apply Refunds & Corrections - We do not offer refunds on completed treatments - If you have concerns, please contact us within 48 hours. we are happy to arrange a complimentary assessment and correction where appropriate Health & Safety - Please inform your therapist of any allergies, medical conditions or recent procedures prior to your treatment - The salon reserves the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable - If your treatment requires a patch test, please book this in before/ at the same time as booking your appointment.
