Service Description
Please book this at least 24 hours before your treatment. This is also recommended if you have sensitive skin or allergies for treatments such as microdermabrasion or spray tanning however this is not a requirement.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment scheduling - All treatments must be booked in advance via our online booking system or by contacting the salon directly via Instagram, text, WhatsApp or Facebook - Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full duration of your appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling - We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment - Cancellations or changes made within the required notice period may result in a late-cancellation fee - No-show appointments will be charged up to the full cost of the treatment booked Late arrivals - If you are late, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule your appointment - If rescheduling is required due to lateness, a fee may apply Refunds & Corrections - We do not offer refunds on completed treatments - If you have concerns, please contact us within 48 hours. we are happy to arrange a complimentary assessment and correction where appropriate Health & Safety - Please inform your therapist of any allergies, medical conditions or recent procedures prior to your treatment - The salon reserves the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable - If your treatment requires a patch test, please book this in before/ at the same time as booking your appointment.
